T.O.S.

*throughout the Terms of Service, "you, your, yours, the buyer, the commissioner etc." will be used in reference to the buyer, "i, me, myself the artist, the commissioned, Sock, Sock The Gremlin, etc." in reference to myself, and "we, our, etc." to reference both artist and buyer. "the piece, the commissioned piece, the commission, etc." will be used to refer to the piece(s) of artwork I have been commissioned to produce.

Once your commission is accepted, I will contact you via the info you listed in the commission form, through which we will discuss the specifics of the commissioned piece. Once the details have been laid in place, you are required to pay me in full via Cashapp or Paypal before I will begin working on the piece. Art, characters, exposure, cryptocurrency etc. are not acceptable methods of payment. Payment plans may be discussed, however the full price will still be required before I am to begin working on the commission.
My base rates may be found via the "basic rates" button on the main page of my Carrd.

I have a great appreciation for nudity, artistic or otherwise, and have no issue with taking NSFW commissions, provided that all characters depicted are over 18 years of age, and any acts portrayed are consensual. I will make exception for certain kink pieces that display CNC (consenting non-consent), or something of a similar nature that may seem as though it were rough or even forced, given that said context is explicitly listed in any posts or descriptions of the featured work..
I refuse to draw anything of an offensive or hateful nature. This includes racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, intolerance of other's cultures and/or religion, (this also extends to racial or cultural caricatures/fetishization), beastiality (this includes ferals, and sexualized fictional non-humanoid creatures such as pokemon), pedophilia, etc.
...
I would also like to make clear that while I am welcome to drawing most things, I am unpracticed in some areas, including those of gore, non-humanoid characters, and mech. If this does not sway you, and you commission a piece from me including something I do not consider myself entirely proficient in, I will of course try my best to satisfy the order, however the extra effort will come at a monetary cost, as I will most likely have to put additional studies and time into reaching satisfaction in the piece. Said cost will be discussed and set by myself case by case.

While your commission is being worked on, I will keep you up to date on my progress through Trello, the link of which may be found on my Carrd among my linked social media. On the Trello board for your piece, I will mark when I have completed each of the applicable phases. In agreeing to the Terms of Service, you are agreeing not to look into, save, screenshot, trace, or share other commissioner's boards.

If during the making of the piece, you wish to make edits to the design, I will happily do so during the sketching/planning stage. If changes are desired past this phase, there will be an editing fee, set by myself based upon both the complexity of the requested edit, and how far along I am in the commission. If the edit is drastic enough, or is requested during or beyond the line art phase, (assuming that phase is applicable to the level of commission) There is a possibility that you may need to pay accordingly for the product I have created at the time of the edit request, and commission a new piece. I do not wish to be pushy, however I am firm in being paid for the time and effort I have put into a piece, and will not be budged on this matter.

If for whatever reason the commission is cancelled/a refund is wanted, it will be based upon level of completion
>If the commission has not yet been started, you will get a 100% refund.
>All commission refunds will be set depending upon completion, and will often follow a "25%, 50%, 75%" rule. This logic will extend to all levels of commission, and will be set by myself.

Upon completion, you may repost and/or display the art wherever you wish, with full credit to myself. I must be tagged in any post you include the piece in. If I do not have an account that you know of on your chosen site of posting, you may visibly list either my Twitter or Instagram with/alongside the piece, and must make sure my watermark is also visible. If you wish to include the commissioned piece in or on a product, you must contact me and we will discuss how I will be best paid for my piece's commercial use.
...
I retain the right to post, show, and share the piece, with credit of the character(s) to the appropriate owner(s).
If a request is made for me NOT to post the piece, a fee proportionate to the commission will be charged. Posting my art is how I advertise, and not being able to do so means lost exposure and potential revenue.

Agreement to these terms set is required in my commissioning. If you do not adhere to these terms, you will be blocked and blacklisted, and I will inform other artists as to your breaking of these terms. If the breach is of a serious enough degree, I may pursue legal action.
